Quote of the day

Men fear death, as children fear to go in the dark; and as that natural fear in children is increased with tales, so is the other.

The rest of the story... grrr

Not to steal anything from the late 70's sitcom, but happy days are here.

My site, http://www.draytonrussel.com/, is now live and fully functional. In the words of the two rednecks in the Dodge truck commercials - SWEET!

While you there could you drop me a line, either through the contact link or by signing the guestbook. I may regret this decision later.

From the site you can go to the site I have dedicated to Zach, Theresa and Travis called The Game. It has background and updated information.

Rember these links:
www.draytonrussel.com - The main site
blogs.draytonrussel.com - My personal journal (Travis is also located there)
thegame.draytonrussel.com - Site dedicated to the story of Zach, Theresa, and Travis

Until then...

Drayton Russel

Apology

I apologize for the delay in updating.  I’ve been busy transcribing the interview with Travis and setting up my website.  My journal is complete.  Hop on over to

blogs.draytonrussel.com

Information is scarce but the start of a great journey.

Good News...Bad News

I have news that may warm your heart and I have news that may kill the family pet.  The bad news is the site doesn’t look like it’ll go live this weekend.  Which brings me to the good news.  The opportunity to interview Travis Fenton has landed in my lap.  My time would be better spent doing the interview than working on a site without the content.  What are a few more days?

Why is the interview important?  The more information I gain from a credible source the better the book.  Travis and I have conversed through e-mail and chat since the incident, but nothing I would like to publish.  I can only present snippets of information the hospital allows him to give.  This one on one interview presents more meat for the plate.

Updates will come from the three blogs until my site is complete, which I hope is soon.  My free site (a place that shall remain nameless thanks to the ingrates who run the service) can’t handle the bandwidth or the content I want to present.  Keep your fingers crossed that the site will go live next week.  Until then…

Drayton's Here

My name is Drayton Russel and I was awarded full control over the blogs of Zach Wells, Travis Fenton and Theresa Wells by the high court of The State of Texas.  I’ll post details on the proceedings at a later time.  For now I’m in the process of creating a site that tells the whole story of the interactions of the three beings, so stay tuned and check back often.  The site “should” be ready by this weekend, middle of next week at the latest.

The story is interesting, to say the least.

Time for "The Game"

My plan worked.  Creating anger in the dear boy will bring him to me.  I received this e-mail from him earlier today.  I must confess my soul stirs in delight.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From:      "Travis Fenton"

Message:

I have asked you time and time again to leave my family and me alone.  Why do you torment me?  You say we have history but I don’t believe that to be a fact.  There is no spot in my memory with your name.

I can’t prove it but I think you had something to do with my wife’s “accident.”  She woke briefly yesterday, while I was out, and mumbled something about being pushed off the tub.  From your threat in my tag board I suspect the culprit to be you.

I guess I’ll meet you at the old barn, not for your sake but mine.  I come to kill you for what you did.  I promise.  Yeah I said I was going to kill you.  Get the cops involved.  They may be interested to know how you killed Theresa.  You admitted it on your blog.

Name the time and place.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have never known fear, even in my infancy.  Am I to dread a man with no strength or knowledge?

The time has come for response, ultimatum and journey.  The old barn’s door creaks as I laugh in delight.

Break Time

While I'm taking a break from the story how about trying something people say actually works.

You've heard about the free IPOD deal.  I signed up and completed an offer for the Blockbuster DVD program.  (It was ctually cheaper than the netflix so I saved money.)  I am looking for 5 people to sign up and complete an offer.  THe site says you can cancel after the free trials.  O day let's give it a shot.

Please click the following refferal link

I'll keep you posted on the outcome.
